Replay a walkthrough inside Dogoos
Open Settings → Support → Walkthroughs & help. You can replay the Home tour or a feature guide, and revisit first-use tips. Reading a guide does not use your daily read allowance.
Looking for a particular control? Personal details handles sign-in and account deletion. Data & personalisation holds the export and photo-clear controls. Push notifications and Email updates have separate choices.

Use the contact form for a question, an app problem or an idea. Choose a reason, leave your name and reply address, and send a short message. We’ll get it to the right person.
For an app problem, the most useful details are what you tapped, the words on screen and the device you were using. Please leave out passwords, payment details and private documents.

Where are the walkthroughs in the app?
Open Settings → Support → Walkthroughs & help to replay Home and feature guides. You can turn first-use tips on again there too.
Can I contact the team without signing in?
Yes. The contact form only needs a reason, your name, a reply email and a short message. It does not create an account or subscribe you to updates.
Do I need a paid plan to keep a care journal?
Health, meals, activity and regular routines are included on Pup. The everyday-care guide shows where to begin.
