Dogoos walkthroughs

Little moments. A bigger story.

Find a keepsake, compare saved reads and see your dog’s week or month come together. A few ordinary moments can become a lovely record of life with them.

Step by step

Find a photo from a read

Open Memories

Choose your dog to browse the keepsakes from their saved reads. A completed read can include one still when a usable image is available.

Open a moment

Tap its card to see the image and the related read. Tapping the photo on a saved result opens Your keepsake in a larger view, with pinch-to-zoom. Check the dog and date when you are looking for a particular moment.

Share only what you choose

Use the available share option when you want to keep or send a picture. Your private album does not become public just because a photo is saved there.

Step by step

Look back through History

Open Settings → Your pack → Mood history, or the History link available from your dog’s reads. Choose the dog and date range, then open a result to revisit its explanation.

Compare patterns over several days rather than treating one read as a diagnosis. Removing a read hides it from the normal history and related views; wider erasure controls are explained in Account and data.

Step by step

Open the weekly wellbeing report

Whisperer and above include the weekly report. Open the report for the selected dog to see the week’s mood mix, activity and written summary. It works from the reads and care you actually logged.

The written summary may have been prepared earlier in the week while charts include newer reads. Check the counts and dates shown on the screen when comparing them. If there is too little information for an observation, the report says so.

Step by step

Play back a finished month

Look for a ready month in Memories

Story Mode needs Whisperer-level access and at least three reads in a completed month. The current month needs time to finish before its Story is ready.

Open the Story

Tap or use the arrows to move between pages. Hold or use Pause to stop; longer pages can scroll while you read.

Revisit or share

Use the Story’s share options if you want to share a page. Close returns you to Memories. A ready Story can be replayed without making a new one each time.

Step by step

If a memory or Story is missing

Check the dog selector and whether the read finished. A usable still is not always available. For a Story, check that the month is complete, has enough reads and your account has the required access.

If you joined or left a household, the shared pack and your personal pack can contain different memories. If the app is still restoring, give it a working connection before making changes.

A little more help

Questions you might have

Does Story Mode invent extra events?

A Story is built from the dog’s saved reads for that month. The mood type and playful wording describe those records; they are not a clinical assessment or a prediction.

Can I save the original video?

The read video is temporary. The album keeps a still when one is usable, rather than keeping a library of read videos.
