Dogoos walkthroughs
Find your next good day.
Explore places for your dog, save the ones you like and keep visit details close. Here’s where to look, and what to check before you set off.
Step by step
Choose where to look
Open Fetch
Start from the Fetch link in Dogoos, then choose the kind of place you need: a field, park, walk or another dog-friendly stop.
Use a town, postcode or location
Typing a location works without device location access. Use my location asks for approximate location when you choose it.
Open a result
Use the map or the result list, then open a place to check its description, opening information and contact details. Search results are a starting point: confirm the details that matter for your visit.
Step by step
Keep the useful places together
Save a place when you want to come back to it. The Saved area keeps your shortlist, and the place details offer directions or a way to contact it when those are available.
A listing may be claimed by its operator or drawn from a wider places search. Check the listing’s information and ask the place about fencing, access, dog rules or a particular need before relying on them.
Step by step
When a place offers booking in Dogoos
Choose the visit details
If booking is enabled, select the service, date, time and the dogs or guests requested. Availability is checked for the details you choose.
Review the estimate
Read the seller, total price, rules and cancellation policy before agreeing. Any products or add-ons have their own details too.
Follow the available checkout
If the app offers payment, complete the secure steps and return to Dogoos. Wait for a confirmed booking. An estimate, temporary hold or payment request alone does not mean the visit is booked.
Step by step
Find a visit or order afterwards
Open Fetch’s Bookings area for upcoming visits, past visits and cancellations. Open a visit to see its current status, access details and the options the place allows. Shop orders appear with their collection or delivery status.
Changes and refunds follow the seller’s policy and the options shown for that visit or order. Cancelling a visit does not automatically cancel products bought alongside it. Contact the place when its policy asks you to.
Step by step
If a detail or return step looks wrong
Open the saved booking or order to check the current status before starting another payment. If an interrupted payment needs attention, follow the return or retry option the app offers.
You can report a listing problem through Fetch’s settings or contact our team. Include the place name, what was wrong and the status or message on screen. Don’t send payment credentials.

Questions you might have
Can Rex find a place for me?
Yes. Ask Rex for a place or a type of outing, then open the Places bubble to check the results. Where booking is enabled, Rex can help prepare the details; review the estimate and follow the app’s confirmation steps.
Is a place guaranteed to have room because it appears in search?
No. A listing is not a booking. Check the place’s details and live availability where offered, or contact the place before travelling.
