Fetch is the places directory inside Dogoos, the dog-care app. Owners open it to find a field, a trainer, a groomer or a shop near them, nearest first. There is no paid placement to buy and none to lose out to.

Paid straight to your bank
Pay by Bank through Atoa
When a member books, they approve the payment inside their own banking app and the money goes from their account to yours. No card details typed, no platform sitting in the middle, no waiting on a marketplace to pay you out. Your place is the merchant on your own Atoa account, opened through Dogoos’s referral.
What Pay by Bank gives you
- The member approves the payment in their own bank’s app. Nothing to type, nothing to store.
- Rates that Atoa says are typically up to 50% lower than traditional UK payment processing fees.
- Funds that Atoa says are typically paid out instantly, or at the end of the day, into your account.
- Refunds, full or partial, sent from the Business area through your own account, with the reason the member sees.
- Cards as an option, only if you choose them and Atoa has enabled them for you.
What Dogoos charges you
- No commission on bookings, passes or shop orders.
- No platform fee and no listing fee.
- No money held, routed or delayed by Dogoos. It never touches our account.
- No sign-up on your behalf. You open your Atoa account yourself and Atoa verifies you.
- Atoa’s own rate and terms are agreed between you and Atoa at sign-up, through Dogoos’s referral.
We quote no percentage for Atoa’s rate, because it is theirs to state and it is agreed with you, not with us. The two Atoa figures above are Atoa’s own published claims. The only rate Dogoos sets is its own, and that is zero.
How it works for you
From a listing to Bookable in five steps
Claim your listing
In the app: Fetch → Settings → Run a place. Search for your listing, or add it if it is not there yet, say who you are, and a person at Dogoos checks it. Free. A place added this way starts unlisted: only you and your team see it until you go live.
Make it yours
Description, a phone number or website, the address, weekly hours and closures, then the rules, what to bring and the access instructions members get with a booking. When the essentials are in, press Go live and the listing shows Claimed to members near you.
Connect payments
Open your Atoa account through Dogoos’s referral, or use the one you have. Paste your production key and webhook secret where the wizard shows you, then pay £1 to yourself and watch it refund. That is the whole check, and it is real.
Set your offerings and policies
Session lengths and prices, dog limits, changeover, a weekend supplement, optional extras. Then the rules: how late a member can change or cancel, minimum notice, how far ahead bookings open, and any amendment, cancellation or no-show fee.

Everything a place needs, in the app you already have
ListingDescription, facilities, rules, what to bring and access instructions. Changes go live straight away. Google-synced facts are shown as Google’s, with a route to tell us when they are wrong.
OfferingsA field with exclusive hire, a one-to-one session, a class with a set number of places, or a weekly course of up to twelve weeks. Each with its own lengths, prices and dog limits.
PoliciesChange and cancel cutoffs, minimum notice, how far ahead bookings open, amendment, cancellation and no-show fees, or non-refundable bookings. Existing customers keep the rules they agreed.
BookingsToday, the week grid, phone and walk-in bookings paid on site, arrived and no-show marking, change requests to accept or decline, and a proposal of your own with the reason the member sees.

Distance-selling, handledGoods bought at a distance carry the 14-day cancellation right; a dated visit or class does not. The pages say which applies, and your returns policy is captured before the shop goes live.

FAQ (for businesses)
What does it cost?
Nothing from Dogoos: the listing, the Business area, bookings, passes and the shop carry no commission, no platform fee and no listing fee. Atoa charges its own rate for Pay by Bank on your account, agreed between you and Atoa when you sign up through Dogoos’s referral.
Do I have to take bookings to be listed?
No. Claiming your listing is free and makes it Claimed, with your own description, hours and rules. A place you add yourself stays unlisted, seen only by your team, until you press Go live, so nobody finds a half-filled page. Bookable is a separate step you take when you want it, by connecting payments and passing the £1 check.
Who can I be, to sign up with Atoa?
Atoa decides who it onboards and on what terms, and agrees those with you directly. The Business area states the current terms in one line before you start, with an “Ask us” button if you are not sure, so nobody spends twenty minutes to be refused.
What can be booked through Fetch?
Secure fields, one-to-one sessions, classes with a set number of places, and weekly courses. Vets, pubs, cafés and stays are listed with a phone number, directions and a website link instead; they are not booked through Dogoos.
What about phone and walk-in customers?
Add them from the Business area against any slot, paid on site, so the calendar stays true and a member can never book a space you have already given away.
How do refunds work?
From the Business area, in full or in part, with a reason the member sees. The refund leaves your own account, and the booking shows the refund state until it is confirmed. A timely cancellation under your policy is refunded automatically under the same rules.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite them by their Dogoos account email. Owners connect payments, edit policies and manage the team; staff run the day. An audit log records who changed what.
Do I need my own website?
No. Every claimed place can publish a simple hosted site at dogoos.com/p/your-name from the Business area: pick one of six templates, add a logo and photos, and it carries your words, hours, prices and a Book button. If you already have a website, paste the booking widget into it instead. Both read the same calendar as the app.
Can I sell things as well as time?
Yes, from a shop on your listing: treats, hire items, merchandise, whatever your customers keep asking for. Collect at the gate or deliver, with the total including delivery shown before payment, and orders you tick through as they go out.
