Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Dogoos mobile app. By creating an account or using Dogoos, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Dogoos is for insight and fun. A read is an AI-generated interpretation of your dog's expression — it is not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you're worried about your dog's health or behaviour, consult a qualified vet.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly at support@dogoos.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

Subscriptions & purchases

Dogoos may offer paid plans and in-app items. When available, purchases are processed by the app store (Google Play / Apple App Store) under their terms. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your app-store account. In-app "bones" and rewards are virtual items with no cash value and are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Dogoos and its content, branding and software are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of the photos and content you add; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service to you.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Reads are automated estimates and may be inaccurate; you rely on them at your own discretion. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dogoos is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on a read. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Dogoos and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales, unless your local law gives you other mandatory rights.
