A team seat is one named person. Records count the active dogs and patients across your organisation. Emails count messages to owners outside the portal and reset every month; owners keep seeing their updates in the portal when the allowance is used up.

The first page of the day: who is in, who is next, and what needs a person, drawn from the diary, care and follow-up you already keep.
Appointments, lessons, grooms and stays, with the room, person and buffer each one needs. Repeat visits and Book again for the regulars.

No. These plans are for businesses. Dog owners choose their own consumer plan in the Dogoos app, and a business plan never gives access to an owner's private records.
Claim your free Fetch listing in the app (Fetch, then Settings, then Run a place). Once a person at Dogoos has approved it, your workspace is ready at business.dogoos.com, free on Solo. Kennels and daycare are set up with you: tell us about your kennel.
Yes. The business owner chooses Solo, Team or Team Plus in the workspace. Paying for a plan by card is coming soon; until then a paid choice is kept and you are not charged. Bespoke is agreed with us.
New bookings, seats or uploads pause until you move up a plan. Everything already in the workspace stays yours: finish the care in progress, correct records, send refunds and download what you are entitled to.
No. Your customers pay you directly, through your own Atoa account, and Dogoos takes no commission on bookings, passes or shop orders. The plan only covers the workspace your team uses.
