A household handover
“The walk was shorter this morning. The note is dated. Please add what you notice this afternoon.” This is an invented example, not a customer story.
A clearer record, together
Bring everyday observations together so the people caring for your dog have a clearer record.
A useful note separates what happened before, what you observed and what followed. Include when it began and whether it is changing. A veterinary assessment considers history and health together; a record does not make a diagnosis. MSD explains the role of a behaviour history.
See the real care interfaceStatic fictional sample-account data, clearly labelled below.
Camera mood Reads are available on Android. Core care and profiles can also be opened in the supported browser. A free account is needed to save your record.

A note you can use
Home and appointments
“The walk was shorter this morning. The note is dated. Please add what you notice this afternoon.” This is an invented example, not a customer story.
Bring the pattern, its onset, frequency and changes. Ask your practice how they would like to receive notes or existing footage. Only record footage when it is safe.
Review the record or summary yourself. Inviting a household member and sharing with a vet are separate decisions; nothing here sends a record automatically.
Actual product example

Keep your observations with the selected dog in Dogoos's Health hub. Your notes are a record of what you noticed, not a diagnosis.
Household records are shared with current household members. Choose who you invite and take care with what you record. Sharing with a vet is a separate, deliberate step.
You can use core care in the supported browser. Camera mood Reads are an optional Android feature. Opening the journal does not start a Read.
